netbdt Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and netbdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the netbdt website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting services, payment systems, promotions, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Services"). These Terms supersede all prior oral or written communications between the parties on the subject matter herein.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Services, or placing any wager or deposit on the netbdt platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Services immediately and to close your account by contacting our support team.

netbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of the Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the netbdt platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, betting markets, and support services provided by netbdt.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wager amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all Account balances and transactions are denominated on the netbdt platform.

To access the full range of netbdt Services, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen username and password. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate.

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the netbdt platform. The creation of more than one Account by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, netbdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or withdrawals, and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify netbdt support immediately at [email protected]. netbdt will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

netbdt operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed and may also be requested at any time at netbdt's discretion. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within three months, and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal access. Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed may be closed, with real-money balances returned to the verified source payment method where practicable.

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. netbdt collects date of birth information at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where age cannot be verified to the satisfaction of netbdt, account access will be restricted until verification is completed.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that you are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting is not expressly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction. netbdt does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of the Services in any specific location.

You further confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any other person, that you are not a professionally registered gambler where such registration would create a conflict with these Terms, and that you are accessing the Services voluntarily and for personal recreational purposes.

All financial transactions on the netbdt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by netbdt, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction limits in accordance with their respective terms of service.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that were previously used to deposit funds into the Account (the "source method"). This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of the payment system. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within one to three business days following successful KYC verification. netbdt does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied. If you wish to withdraw while an active bonus is in progress, the bonus and any associated bonus funds will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed. Real-money balance remaining after bonus forfeiture will be available for withdrawal subject to standard processing times.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

netbdt is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions. Any Account found to be engaged in money laundering, structuring deposits, or processing funds on behalf of third parties will be closed immediately, all funds will be frozen, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

netbdt offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and cricket betting specials. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only in respect of that promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement applicable to any given bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the wagering requirement must be met by placing real-money wagers on eligible games. Wagers placed using bonus funds count toward the requirement only as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live dealer table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced percentage as specified per promotion. Playing games not eligible under a bonus's contributing game list will not count toward the wagering requirement.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that remain subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of claiming.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

netbdt monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between accounts to satisfy requirements, exploitation of bonus terms through technically compliant but commercially unreasonable play patterns, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have all bonus funds and derived winnings voided and the Account may be closed without prior notice.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash equivalent.
• netbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• Free spins are credited at a fixed value per spin as specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped as stated in individual promotion terms.

As a registered player on netbdt, you agree to use the Services in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. You accept that the Services are provided for personal recreational use only, and you will not use them for any commercial, professional, or unlawful purpose.

6.1 You Agree To

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at registration and upon any subsequent KYC request.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and notify netbdt immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name for deposits and withdrawals.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Services.
• Engage with the responsible gaming tools provided — particularly if you feel your gambling habits are becoming problematic.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using the Services to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with netbdt staff or other users.

All casino games available on the netbdt platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, crash games such as Aviator by Spribe, and instant-win titles — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall apply to game-specific matters.

7.1 RNG Certification

All non-live games on the netbdt platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems ensure that each game outcome is statistically independent and unpredictable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG games are provided by the respective game studios and are available within the game information panels.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national team fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by netbdt's sports betting rules in addition to these Terms. Key conditions include:

• All bets are accepted subject to available market limits. netbdt reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted in real time and are binding once confirmed. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not entitle a player to cancel a placed bet.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable event-specific rules published at the time of market opening.
• netbdt reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a palpable error in odds has occurred, where the odds published were clearly incorrect relative to the true market price.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per market are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placing a bet.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction, netbdt reserves the right to void affected game rounds or bets and to refund the wager amounts to the Player's Account balance. A malfunction voids all pays and plays in respect of the affected round. netbdt will not be liable for losses attributable to technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

netbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where netbdt has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• The Player is under the age of 18.
• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable period when requested.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• The Player has invoked a self-exclusion period under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part at netbdt's discretion, depending on the nature of the breach. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, due to a market exit or platform restructuring — netbdt will return verified real-money balances to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before submitting a closure request, you should ensure that all active wagering requirements have been noted and that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed. Voluntarily closed accounts with a real-money balance will be processed for final withdrawal to the player's verified payment method subject to standard KYC and processing timelines.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools available in the Account settings, or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account cannot be accessed or reactivated, and no marketing communications will be sent. 8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, netbdt's total liability to any Player in connection with the Services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. netbdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
